Power Play is
our only son of one of our favorite does, Poem. Of all the
Toggenburg's on the farm, none had a greater impact than Poem.
As a yearling milker, Poem appraised VG89. As a two year old
Poem lost half her udder due to an in-operable blockage in the
right teat. She was never appraised or shown again.
Poem produced many of our best does, Starfire, Poetry (2001 Raffle
kid), Rhyme and Poetry II. Power Play was Poem's last kid,
she was put down shortly after his birth due to a torn uterus.
Power Play is Dark Chocolate in color, he is long,
level and stands on excellent feet and legs. He displays
width throughout and boasts extreme dairy character. We are
excited to be able to bring Poem's influence back into the herd
through the use of her son.
